Kualifikasi:

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Industrial, Environmental Engineering, or related field).
At least 5 years of experience in HSE, specifically in clean room environments.
Certification in General Occupational Health & Safety/K3 (preferred).

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies and procedures specific to Clean Room construction and installation activities.
Conduct risk assessments, safety inspections, and audits to ensure compliance with Clean Room safety standards.
Supervise and control the use of PPE and safe work practices among workers and subcontractors.
Support the implementation of SMK3, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 systems at the project site.
Prepare and deliver safety induction and training sessions for all project personnel.
Lead and document incident/accident investigations and propose preventive measures.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Strong knowledge of national HSE regulations (e.g., ISO 45001, SMK3) and clean room standards (ISO 14644, GMP).
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and reporting systems.
Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary project teams.
