Kualifikasi:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in EHS, with a strong background in managerial and leadership roles within a manufacturing environment.
- Proven experience in leading, maintaining, and auditing ISO 14001, ISO 45001/OHSAS 18001, ISO 50001, and SMK3 management frameworks.
- Certifications & Training Ahli K3 Umum Kemnaker RI certification (Mandatory). ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 Lead Auditor / Internal Auditor certification. Certified Manager of Waste Management (Manager Pengelolaan Limbah B3) or Wastewater Treatment (PPPA/POPA) credentials preferred. Certified Emergency Response and Fire Safety Specialist (K3 Kebakaran) qualification is an advantage.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive EHS policies, procedures, and systems tailored to material manufacturing and technical operations.
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian labor and environmental regulations, including Law No. 1 Year 1970, PP No. 50 Year 2012, and relevant local environmental mandates.
- Lead, audit, and maintain operational certifications for ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001, and SMK3.
- Oversee environmental management programs, including hazardous waste (B3) handling, wastewater treatment, emissions monitoring, and energy conservation initiatives.
- Drive risk assessment initiatives, chemical safety protocols, industrial hygiene assessments, and machinery safety controls across manufacturing production lines.
- Establish emergency response protocols, lead incident investigations using root-cause analysis, and direct corrective and preventive action (CAPA) tracking.
- Design and conduct EHS training programs, promoting a strong zero-harm safety culture among employees, contractors, and visitors.
- Manage relationships with regulatory bodies, government authorities, external auditors, and local community stakeholders.
- Track, analyze, and present EHS metrics, safety KPIs, and sustainability performance to senior executive leadership.

- Hard Skills & Technical Competencies: Industrial hygiene assessment, chemical safety management, and Job Safety Analysis (JSA) execution. Root Cause Analysis (RCA) techniques, including 5-Why, Fishbone Diagram, and TapRooT methodologies. EHS audit execution, compliance tracking, and risk management framework implementation. Environmental monitoring, hazardous waste management, and energy efficiency optimization.
- Soft Skills & Leadership Attributes: Strategic leadership, team management, and executive influence. Exceptional verbal and written communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia. Strong stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration, and conflict resolution capabilities. Analytical problem-solving skills, high adaptability, and strong ethical integrity.
