Kualifikasi:
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Geology, Biology, Forestry, or other relevant engineering disciplines.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as an Environmental Engineer, Environmental Officer, Environmental Specialist, HSE Environmental Coordinator, or similar position within the Oil & Gas, EPC, EPCI, Petrochemical, LNG, Refinery, Offshore, Mining, Power Plant, or Heavy Construction industries.
- Possess certification in ISO 14001:2015 Internal Auditor or Lead Auditor, which will be highly preferred.
- Additional certifications, such as POPAL, PPLB3, PROPER Awareness, Environmental Impact Assessment (AMDAL), General Occupational Safety and Health Expert (AK3 Umum), NEBOSH Environmental Management, Incident Investigation, Emergency Response, or other environmental management certifications, will be considered an advantage.
- Experience in environmental inspections, compliance audits, environmental baseline studies, monitoring programs, waste management, spill prevention, erosion and sediment control, and rehabilitation planning.
- Willing to travel or be assigned to project sites across Indonesia.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and monitor environmental management programs in accordance with Indonesian environmental regulations, client requirements, company policies, and international environmental standards.
- Ensure compliance with environmental permits, AMDAL commitments, UKL-UPL requirements, hazardous waste (B3) regulations, wastewater discharge standards, air emission standards, and other applicable environmental legislation.
- Conduct routine environmental inspections, monitoring activities, compliance assessments, and environmental audits across project and operational sites.
- Prepare and submit environmental reports, monitoring reports, regulatory documentation, sustainability reports, and compliance records to internal management, clients, and regulatory authorities.
- Coordinate environmental monitoring activities, including air quality, water quality, wastewater, noise, vibration, hazardous waste management, and environmental performance indicators.
- Support environmental risk assessments, pollution prevention initiatives, spill response planning, waste reduction programs, and biodiversity conservation activities.
- Provide technical guidance to project teams, contractors, and subcontractors regarding environmental requirements, best practices, and regulatory compliance.
- Investigate environmental incidents, spills, non-conformities, and environmental complaints, identify root causes, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
- Support internal and external environmental audits, client inspections, and regulatory assessments while ensuring timely closure of audit findings and corrective actions.
- Promote environmental awareness, sustainability initiatives, resource conservation, and continuous improvement programs throughout all project activities.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Comprehensive knowledge of Indonesian environmental regulations, environmental permitting, AMDAL, UKL-UPL, environmental monitoring, hazardous waste (B3) management, wastewater management, air emission control, and environmental reporting.
- Strong understanding of Environmental Management Systems (EMS), ISO 14001:2015, ESG principles, sustainability reporting, pollution prevention, biodiversity conservation, waste minimization, resource efficiency, and environmental risk management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and environmental reporting systems. Experience with environmental data analysis software or GIS applications will be an advantage.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Strong analytical, reporting, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
