Kualifikasi:

Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Occupational Health & Safety, Fire and Rescue Engineering, Mining Engineering, or related discipline.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience as an ERT Officer or Emergency Response personnel in mining, oil & gas, or heavy industrial operations (experience in underground mining is highly preferred).
Certified in: Basic & Advanced Firefighting (PMK I & II), Mine Rescue and Confined Space Rescue, Basic Life Support (BLS) / First Aid, Hazardous Material (HAZMAT) Response (preferred).

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Develop, implement, and maintain the Emergency Response Plan (ERP) for underground coal mining operations.
Conduct mine rescue operations during underground incidents in accordance with mine safety protocols.
Conduct emergency response training for employees, including firefighting, first aid, and evacuation procedures.
Respond promptly to all emergency incidents and assist in incident control and containment.
Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of emergency vehicles, firefighting systems, rescue tools, and medical kits.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Good understanding of Emergency Response Plan (ERP) implementation, mine rescue techniques, and incident command system (ICS).
Proficient in using SCBA, gas detection devices, firefighting equipment, and rescue tools.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and emergency reporting documentation.
Excellent communication and coordination skills within cross-functional teams.
