Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's Degree (S1) or Master's Degree (S2) in Occupational Health and Safety (K3), Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
Mandatory certified Ahli K3 Umum (AK3U) issued by Kemnaker RI with an active status.
Proven experience in a managerial role, demonstrating at least 8 to 10 years of progressive professional experience in Environment, Safety & Health (ES&HS/EHS), with a minimum of 3 to 5 years in a regional or multi-site supervisory/managerial capacity.
Relevant experience in Environment, Safety & Health (ES&HS/EHS) within distributed energy, solar power, biomass, power generation, industrial utilities, oil & gas, or major industrial decarbonization sectors.
Certifications: Certified Ahli K3 Umum (AK3U) issued by Kemnaker RI is mandatory. Certified Ahli K3 Listrik, Certified Managerial Environmental Officer (PPPA/PPPU/PLB3), or Internal Auditor for ISO 45001 / ISO 14001 is highly desirable. Ahli K3 Konstruksi (Madya) or NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC) is a distinct advantage.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Lead, execute, and evaluate the regional Environmental, Health, and Safety (ES&HS) strategy, ensuring full compliance with Indonesian K3 laws, Ministry of Environment regulations, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and corporate EaaS decarbonization governance.
Direct, audit, and approve comprehensive hazard identification frameworks, including Hazard Identification Risk Assessment and Determining Control (HIRADC), Environmental Aspect-Impact Assessments, and Job Safety Analyses (JSA) across all regional distributed energy assets.
Oversee regional Contractor Safety Management Systems (CSMS), ensuring all engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) partners, maintenance technicians, and sub-contractors strictly adhere to high-risk Work Permit (PTW) protocols, LOTO standards, and working-at-height mandates.
Manage regional environmental compliance, monitoring industrial emissions, hazardous (B3) waste management, wastewater quality, carbon footprint reporting, and statutory environmental filings (RKL-RPL / SIMPEL KLHK).
Lead major incident, near-miss, and environmental anomaly investigations using advanced Root Cause Analysis (RCA) methodologies, presenting corrective action plans (CAPA) directly to executive management and client stakeholders.
Formulate, implement, and audit multi-site Emergency Response Plans (ERP), crisis management protocols, fire protection integrity, and disaster recovery procedures tailored to distributed energy infrastructures.
Manage, mentor, and develop site-level HSE Engineers and Officers across East and Central Java facilities, fostering professional growth, technical rigor, and consistent safety leadership.
Compile, analyze, and deliver executive-level regional ES&HS performance metrics, sustainability indicators, safety KPI dashboards, and regulatory audit reports to corporate leadership and international investment partners.

Hard Skills: Regional ES&HS multi-site management, EaaS & renewable energy safety oversight, technical HIRADC & environmental risk modeling, CSMS contractor governance, ISO 45001/14001 audit leadership, incident investigation & RCA command, statutory SIMPEL/RKL-RPL compliance, and executive technical English reporting.
Soft Skills: Strategic safety management, strong English written & verbal communication, crisis leadership & decision-making, team coaching & regional mentorship, stakeholder negotiation, analytical critical thinking, and uncompromising safety integrity.
