Kualifikasi:
- Should have at least 2 to 3 years' experience as a Scaffolder Leadman, Senior Scaffolder, or Scaffolding Foreman, preferably from the EPC, Oil & Gas, offshore energy, or heavy marine fabrication industry.
- Certified Inspector Scaffolder or Advanced Scaffolding certification from recognized international bodies (CITB/CISRS) is a strong advantage.
- Can join as soon as possible (immediate joiner) to meet urgent project execution timelines.
- Willing to be placed in Batam, Riau Islands on a full-time, site-based assignment.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, direct, and supervise daily field activities of scaffolding crews across fabrication yards, offshore modules, heavy piping structures, and elevated worksites.
- Inspect, evaluate, and verify all scaffolding materials, couplers, tubular frames, boards, and foundation bases prior to assembly, rejecting damaged or non-compliant components.
- Oversee the safe erection, modification, and dismantling of heavy-duty, suspended, cantilevered, and system scaffolding in accordance with approved engineering load drawings and Job Safety Analyses (JSA).
- Conduct mandatory daily pre-use scaffolding inspections, sign off on Scaffolding Tags (Green Tag for safe use, Red Tag for uncertified/unsafe structures), and maintain complete inspection logs.
- Enforce strict compliance with fall protection standards, continuous 100% tie-off policies, harness inspections, and dropped object prevention schemes (DROPS) among all scaffolding personnel.
- Coordinate closely with site HSE engineers, rigging teams, and piping/structural supervisors to issue and manage daily Working at Height Work Permits (PTW).
- Lead daily Tool-Box Talks, conduct pre-task safety briefings, verify crew fitness for high-elevation works, and mentor junior scaffolders in safe erection techniques.
- Investigate near-misses, unsafe conditions, or structural anomalies involving temporary platforms, implementing immediate corrective actions and reporting findings to project leadership.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Hard Skills: Structural scaffolding supervision, Kemnaker K3 working-at-height compliance, scaffolding tag governance (Green/Red tagging), blueprint & load-drawing interpretation, dropped object prevention (DROPS), pre-use platform inspection, JSA & Permit to Work verification, and elevated hazard identification.
- Soft Skills: Assertive field leadership, crew supervision & task delegation, strong safety communication, high observational precision, problem-solving under tight fabrication schedules, and uncompromising site discipline.
