Kualifikasi:

Placement site Kutai Timur.
Bachelor's degree in K3, Environmental, Occupational Health, or Public Health.
Minimum 8 years of HSEC experience (mining/port/heavy industry), including 5 years in a managerial role.
Mandatory: POP and/or AK3 Umum; POU preferred.
Proven zero LTIFR or strong safety improvement track record.
Experience in environmental monitoring, compliance reporting, and regulator engagement (KLHK/ESDM).

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Implement HSEC management systems to drive zero-harm operations through risk assessment, safety training, and incident investigation.
Ensure environmental compliance (AMDAL, RKL-RPL) and adherence to mining safety regulations (Kepmen ESDM 1827/2018, ISO 14001/45001).
Lead CSR initiatives and stakeholder engagement with local communities and government authorities (Pemda).
Oversee risk management, audits, and incident investigations.
Manage environmental performance & sustainability initiatives.
Drive community development & stakeholder engagement programs.
Lead, mentor, and develop HSEC teams across multiple sites.
Report HSEC performance to top management & stakeholders.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Hard Skills: HSE management system (SMKP, ISO). Risk management & incident investigation. Environmental & community program management. Familiar with Kepmen ESDM 1827/2018, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and PROPER. Strong community relations and understanding of social license to operate (NTB preferred).
Soft Skills: Strong leadership & team management. Communication & stakeholder engagement. Strategic thinking & problem solving.
