Medical Doctor (General Practitioner) with valid Surat Tanda Registrasi (STR) and Surat Izin Praktik (SIP).
Minimum 5 years of experience as a licensed physician, with at least 2 years in occupational health or industrial medical management, preferably in mining, oil & gas, or heavy industry.
Certified in: Occupational Health / Industrial Medicine (Hiperkes or equivalent), Basic Trauma and Cardiac Life Support (BTCLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Emergency Medical Response / First Aid / Fire & Safety Training.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
Develop and implement Occupational Health Programs aligned with company policy, Indonesian regulations, and the specific risks of underground coal mining.
Conduct and oversee pre-employment, periodic, and special medical examinations for employees and contractors.
Provide primary healthcare and medical treatment for employees, contractors, and visitors at the mining site.
Diagnose and manage occupational and non-occupational illnesses and injuries, ensuring appropriate follow-up and documentation.
Develop and maintain the Medical Emergency Response Plan (MERP) for the mining operation.
Act as lead medical officer during workplace emergencies, accidents, or mass casualty incidents.
Prepare and submit monthly and annual health reports, including occupational disease data, medical statistics, and absenteeism trends.
Maintain confidential medical records in compliance with company policy and data protection standards.
Ensure compliance with Indonesian health, labor, and mining safety regulations, including those issued by the Ministry of Health (Kemenkes) and Ministry of Manpower (Kemenaker).
Support internal and external health audits, inspections, and regulatory reviews.
