Kualifikasi:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
  • At least 5 years of working experience for CONSTRUCTION COMPANY as a related position.
  • Willing to be placed at all Project Berca Buana Sakti.
  • Can join immediately.
  • Have a general/construction AK3 certificate.
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
  • Supervise and evaluate work activities in accordance with applicable HSE standards to maintain worker safety and the smooth running of the project according to the set time.
  • Develop HSE plans that are in line with international standards, government regulations, and company policies.
  • Conduct regular inspections of project sites to ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
  • Conducting investigations into work accidents, incidents, or hazardous conditions.
  • Design and implement HSE training programs for employees, subcontractors, and field workers.
  • Educate all project personnel on HSE policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with project management, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure all parties comply with HSE standards.
  • Ensure all HSE documentation, such as work permits, inspections, and audits, is well managed.
Harus punya keterampilan:
  • Good understanding of Indonesian construction standards and product.
  • Good command in English, both oral and written.
  • Able to measure and apply safety in the field.
  • Able to use Microsoft Office.
