Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
To coordinate work safety & emergency management program & implementation.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
Provide advice and support ensure compliance with regulation and policies and industry practices.
Ensuring Wells P&A and facilities decommissioning projects safety and regulatory compliance to prevent accidents.
Ensure environmental sustainability and comply with safety regulations.
Develop and implement HSE management systems to ensure compliance with policies, client requirements, and regulatory standards.
Conduct regular HSE audits, inspections, and surveillance activities on FPSO project sites.
Identify and document non-conformance and lead the resolution process to prevent recurrence.
Manage SIMOPS activities to ensure safe and efficient operations.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure HSE compliance during planning and execution phases.
Prepare and present HSE reports to management and stakeholders.
Provide training and support to project teams on HSE procedures and best practices.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for HSE process optimization.
Harus punya keterampilan:
Proficiency in developing, implementing, and maintaining HSE management systems in alignment with industry standards (e.g., ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001).
Ability to identify and document non-conformances and lead the resolution process to prevent recurrence.
Knowledge of SIMOPS procedures and the ability to manage simultaneous operations safely.
Familiarity with risk assessment and management techniques.
