Kualifikasi:
- Minimum of a Diploma degree in an engineering, science, or EHS specialty.
- Minimum of 5 years EHS job related experience, priority from Manufacturing Company.
- Demonstrated EHS Program development and implementation.
- Have a valid General K3 certificate.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Position Introductory: Develop safety policies to minimize risks, outline safety procedures, and ensure regulatory compliance with Indonesia occupational health and safety laws and regulations. Working together with all department in prevent accidents, implement safety plans, and respond to emergencies. Candidate must have knowledge of environmental laws and regulations to review company practices and devise processes to address the impact of a company's practices on the environment.
- Develop and implement HSE policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with safety & environmental regulations.
- Conduct safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
- Coordinate emergency response and accident prevention programs.
- Monitor environmental impact and improvement actions.
- Deliver safety awareness and training programs to employees.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Soft Skills: Leadership & problem solving. Strong analytical thinking. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Hard Skills: Familiarity with safety and environmental laws and regulations required. SOP & Safety Procedure Development. Computer skills: Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.
