Kualifikasi:
  • Having minimum a Bachelor degree (S1) in Occupational Health Safety (K3), Chemical Engineering, Physics Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, or other engineering degree.
  • Have minimum 3 years in HSE function in oil and gas industry included Shorebase, Warehouse and Marine Transportation or related work experience.
  • Point of Hire & Working Location: Surabaya & Tanjungwangi/Sumenep.
  • Employment Status: Third Party Contractor in Husky-CNOOC Madura Ltd. under PT Spartan Eragon Asia.
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
  • Implement safety procedures on HCML daily activities in SSB operations to ensure all activities are conducted in compliance to the safety policies, guidelines, and procedures.
  • Regular review safety procedures to ensure the procedures are up to date and meet with SSB operation nature.
  • Plan, monitor, and coordinate the regular Site HSE coordination meetings and committees to support compliance of all HCML daily operational activities to HSE policies, guidelines, and procedures.
  • Monitor that all HSE policies, standards and procedures are applied & implemented during all operational activities, routine and non-routine, shut down period and/or project/production activities performed to ensure all activities are executed in line with the safety regulations.
  • Set up Site Emergency Response Plans, contingency procedures and organize associated exercises/drills to ensure the validity of the plans.
  • Deliver training, promotions, encouraging & rewarding, presenting safety feed backs bulletins, etc. to all HCML operational staff as well as the contractors to promote safety awareness and practices.
  • Conduct incident investigation, follow-up and tracking of incidents involving HCML personnel including fatalities, injuries, fires, explosions, property damage, spills, near misses, hydrocarbon releases and vehicle incidents and ensures that a follow-up of the validated corrective actions is implemented.
  • Review emergency drills and exercises; observe and propose any remedial and recommendations to improve the emergency preparedness of HCML.
  • Administer Tanjungwangi P2K3 activities and prepare report to Government.
Harus punya keterampilan:
  • Posses basic knowledge of Shorebase, Warehouse and Marine Transportation Safety Possesses leadership experience.
  • Good communication and team working Good English in oral, written & listening.
