Kualifikasi:
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any discipline, preferably Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, or other related fields.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in HSE, telecommunications, infrastructure, construction, FTTH, BTS, or related projects.
- Experience or familiarity with Huawei BTS, telecommunication infrastructure projects, fiber optic installation, or network deployment activities is highly preferred.
- Possess a valid Occupational Health and Safety certification such as AK3 Umum, BNSP K3 Certification, or other relevant HSE certifications.
- Willing to be assigned and mobilized based on project requirements.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Implement and monitor Health, Safety, and Environment programs across telecommunication and FTTH projects.
- Conduct site inspections, hazard identification, and risk assessments to ensure safe work execution.
- Monitor compliance with company HSE procedures, client requirements, and regulatory standards.
- Ensure proper implementation of Permit to Work (PTW), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and risk control measures.
- Conduct safety inductions, toolbox meetings, and HSE awareness programs for project personnel.
- Monitor the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and safe working practices.
- Investigate incidents, near misses, unsafe acts, and unsafe conditions, and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
- Prepare HSE reports, observations, safety statistics, and project compliance documentation.
- Support emergency preparedness and response activities at project sites.
- Promote a positive safety culture and continuous improvement across all project operations.
- Ensure compliance with applicable occupational health, safety, environmental, and telecommunication industry requirements.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Good understanding of Indonesian Occupational Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations.
- Knowledge of HIRADC, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Risk Assessment, Permit to Work (PTW), Incident Investigation, and Emergency Response procedures.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and HSE reporting.
- Proficient in English communication, both written and spoken, is an advantage.
