Kualifikasi:
  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant major.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as in a similar role (Strong background in EPC Projects).
  • Willing to work on site (remote areas) and available immediately.
  • Certifications (Preferred): AK3U / NEBOSH / equivalent HSE certification. ISO 45001 / ISO 14001 Lead Auditor.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
  • Lead and manage HSE implementation across project sites.
  • Ensure compliance with HSE regulations, standards, and company policies.
  • Develop and monitor HSE plans, procedures, and programs.
  • Conduct audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
  • Lead incident investigations and corrective actions.
  • Drive safety culture and continuous improvement initiatives.
Harus punya keterampilan:
  • Hard Skills: HSE management system & compliance, Risk assessment & hazard control, Audit, reporting & investigation.
  • Soft Skills: Leadership & team management, Strong communication & problem-solving, Ability to work under pressure.
