Kualifikasi:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree (a background in Chemical Engineering is an advantage).
- Minimum of 6 years of progressive work experience in the chemical industry.
- At least 4 years in managerial roles focused on HSE.
- Certifications and Training: Certified General Occupational Safety Expert (AK3 Umum) from Kemnaker is preferred. ISO 45001 Lead Auditor or Internal Auditor Certification. ISO 14001 Lead Auditor or Internal Auditor Certification. SMK3 Auditor or SMK3 Certification will be an advantage. Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Incident Investigation Training. Emergency Response and Fire Safety Management Training. Chemical Handling and Process Safety Management Training will be an advantage.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) programs aligned with local operational needs, legal requirements, and company standards.
- Conduct risk assessments, establish preventive and corrective actions, and promote a strong safety culture across the organization.
- Maintain and update HSE policies, procedures, permits, and certifications to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Perform internal HSE audits, support external and global audits, and prepare HSE performance reports and presentations for management.
- Manage site-related HSE activities, including employee safety awareness, visitor compliance, security operations, pest control, and participation in HSE-related projects.

- Hard Skills: HSE Management Systems Implementation. Risk Assessment and Hazard Identification (HIRADC/JSA). Incident Investigation and Root Cause Analysis.
