Kualifikasi:
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS/K3), Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Public Health, or another related discipline.
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in Health, Safety, and Environment management within the Automotive Manufacturing, Heavy Manufacturing, Industrial, Electronics, or FMCG industries, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Possess a valid General Occupational Safety and Health Expert (AK3 Umum) certification issued by the Ministry of Manpower of Indonesia.
- Additional certifications such as ISO 45001:2018 Lead Auditor or Internal Auditor, ISO 14001:2015 Lead Auditor or Internal Auditor, ISO 9001:2015, SMK3 Auditor, NEBOSH, IOSH Managing Safely, Incident Investigation, Fire Safety Management, Risk Assessment, Emergency Response, First Aid (P3K), Hazardous Waste Management, or Environmental Management will be considered an advantage.
- Extensive experience in implementing HSE Management Systems, safety audits, environmental compliance, contractor safety management, machine safety, ergonomics, industrial hygiene, hazardous chemical management, and emergency preparedness.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve the company's Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) management system in compliance with Indonesian regulations, ISO standards, and corporate policies.
- Lead all HSE programs across manufacturing operations, warehouses, utilities, maintenance, engineering, logistics, and supporting facilities to ensure a safe and environmentally responsible workplace.
- Ensure full compliance with Occupational Health and Safety regulations, environmental regulations, SMK3, ISO 45001:2018, ISO 14001:2015, and all applicable legal requirements.
- Conduct HSE risk assessments, Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment and Determining Control (HIRADC), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), safety inspections, compliance audits, and management reviews to identify improvement opportunities.
- Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, standard operating procedures (SOPs), emergency response plans, and safety initiatives to enhance operational performance.
- Lead incident investigations, determine root causes, recommend corrective and preventive actions, and ensure timely implementation of improvement measures.
- Manage environmental compliance activities, including hazardous waste management, wastewater monitoring, emissions control, chemical handling, and environmental reporting.
- Plan and oversee safety training programs, safety inductions, emergency drills, toolbox meetings, and awareness campaigns to strengthen employee competency and safety culture.
- Monitor HSE performance through Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), prepare management reports, analyze trends, and recommend strategic improvements.
- Coordinate with management, production, engineering, maintenance, contractors, regulatory authorities, and external stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of HSE programs throughout the organization.
