Kualifikasi:
- Hold a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering or Architecture from a reputable university, demonstrating a strong foundation in construction principles and practices.
- Have a minimum of 5 years of working experience in CONSTRUCTION BUILDING and INFRASTRUCTURE projects in a related HSE position, with proven expertise in managing safety protocols on large-scale construction sites.
- Possess additional K3 certifications relevant to construction, such as AK3 Konstruksi, specialized training in working at height safety, scaffolding inspection, or heavy equipment safety, which will be considered strong advantages.
- Hold a valid General K3 Certificate (Sertifikat K3 Umum) issued by the Ministry of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia or an accredited certification body, demonstrating foundational competence in occupational health and safety principles.
- Be willing to be placed at all project locations under PT Berca Buana Sakti according to operational needs, with the ability to adapt to various site conditions and work schedules.
- Be able to join immediately upon completion of the selection process.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Conducting inspections, supervision and socialization of worker safety conditions, occupational health, the use of PPE and all activities in the company environment from the K3 aspect.
- Assisting accident victims (P3K) making accident reports and conducting accident investigations.
- Identifying hazards, making hazard handling, and being responsible for the standards of the special work permit process, the feasibility of work tools.
- Make daily, monthly, and annual K3 reports.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Possess a good understanding of Indonesian construction standards and products, including familiarity with SNI (Standar Nasional Indonesia) standards, construction material specifications, and local building regulations.
- Have a good command of English, both oral and written, for effective communication with project teams, clients, and international stakeholders.
- Be proficient in using Microsoft Office applications and HSE management software for reporting, documentation, and data analysis.
