Kualifikasi:
- Max. age 30 y.o
- Experience in similar field min. 1 year
- Bachelor Degree/Diploma in Occupational Safety & Health or related fields
- Have valid certification of K3
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, make, form risk management activities, industrial HSE compliance auditing, implement emergency response both in written and unwritten forms.
- Conduct and evaluate HSE related training.
- Conduct and evaluate HSE program development.
- Conduct incident investigation.
- Make gap analysis for HSE management system.
- Implement system and monitoring health, safety and environmental operations and task assigned on company work site.
- Developed and maintained strict HSE policies for company work site.
- Fully support and collaborate with another department to determine the requirements for company HSE policies according to government rules.
- Up to date with policies regarding HSE.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong critical thinking and problem solving skill
- Ability to directing risk assessment, accident investigation, training plan, audit, and manage multiple SHE project
