Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Engineering, Marine Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience as an HSE Officer in shipyard, marine construction, or heavy industrial projects.
Certified in K3 Umum (General Safety Expert) or K3 Construction from the Indonesian Ministry of Manpower.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
Ensure compliance with all applicable HSE regulations, company policies, and client requirements.
Perform daily site inspections and report unsafe acts or conditions.
Conduct HSE inductions for new employees, visitors, and subcontractors.
Lead or assist in incident/accident investigations, root cause analysis, and reporting.
Monitor compliance with environmental policies, including waste segregation, chemical handling, and spill prevention.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly HSE reports to management and clients.
Harus punya keterampilan:
Comprehensive understanding of HSE standards, shipyard safety practices, and risk management systems.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with multi-level teams and contractors.
Proficient in preparing HSE documentation, reports, and performance statistics.
