Kualifikasi:
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Occupational Health & Safety (K3), Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a relevant technical discipline from an accredited institution.
- Minimum 5 years of solid field experience in power plant construction, renewable energy projects (solar PV, wind, hydro), or other applicable high-risk heavy infrastructure industries.
- High observational precision, assertive field presence, physical stamina for outdoor and waterborne site inspections, clear technical communication, and willingness to be based full-time on site in Central Java under a project-based contract.
- Certifications: NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC) or nationally recognized safety certification such as Ahli K3 Umum (AK3U) certified by Kemnaker RI or Ahli K3 Konstruksi certified by PUPR / BNSP is mandatory. Water Safety / Working Over Water or Marine Safety Rescue training is highly desirable for FPV site execution. Certified First Aid (P3K) or Fire Fighting (K3 Kebakaran) qualification is a strong plus.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Enforce, monitor, and inspect daily field Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) practices across floating platform assembly zones, reservoir waterborne operation fronts, onshore cable landing yards, and electrical substation sites.
- Review, issue, and supervise high-risk Work Permits (PTW), Job Safety Analyses (JSA), and Hazard Identification Risk Assessment and Determining Control (HIRADC) specifically for waterborne rigging, working over water, heavy crane lifting, electrical interconnections, and elevated structural works.
- Conduct daily field safety walks and technical inspections, auditing water safety equipment, personal flotation devices (PFD/life jackets), workboats, scaffolding assemblies, electrical isolation gear, and personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Oversee daily subcontractor and trade worker safety compliance through Contractor Safety Management Systems (CSMS), ensuring all civil, marine, and electrical crews strictly follow approved site safety methods.
- Lead initial workplace incident, near-miss, waterborne hazard, and equipment damage investigations using Root Cause Analysis (RCA) techniques, tracking the timely closure of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
- Deliver daily Tool-Box Talks, pre-shift safety briefings, site safety inductions for newly deployed workers and technical vendors, and routine emergency response and water rescue drills.
- Monitor site environmental parameters, enforcing proper construction waste management, spill prevention in reservoir waters, hazardous material (B3) storage control, and water quality protection.
- Compile, record, and submit daily and weekly site HSE logs, inspection findings, hazard observation registers, and statistical safety performance reports to the HSE Supervisor/Engineer and Project Manager.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Hard Skills: Floating solar PV & waterborne safety monitoring, power plant construction hazard control, technical HIRADC & JSA verification, high-risk Permit to Work auditing, marine & lifting gear inspection, CSMS contractor oversight, incident investigation (RCA), and technical English HSE reporting.
- Soft Skills: Active English communication, assertive field safety leadership, high observational accuracy, proactive hazard detection, crisis response command, teamwork across international engineering teams, and uncompromising site safety discipline.
