Kualifikasi:
- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's Degree (D3/S1) in Occupational Safety and Health, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering. Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HSE/K3, preferably in a manufacturing, industrial, Oil & Gas, or steel/piping environment.
- Must hold an active Ahli K3 certification issued by the Ministry of Manpower (Kemnaker).
- Experienced in conducting HSE inspections, HIRA, safety observations, incident investigations, and corrective action monitoring.
- Proactive, disciplined, responsible, detail-oriented, and safety-oriented.
- Willing to work in a manufacturing/industrial environment and support operational HSE activities as required.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Promote and improve employees' awareness of Occupational Health and Safety (HSE/K3).
- Conduct regular HSE inspections and identify potential hazards and unsafe conditions in the workplace.
- Ensure compliance with company HSE policies, procedures, and applicable Indonesian regulations.
- Conduct and support Safety Induction, Toolbox Meetings, Safety Briefings, Safety Campaigns, and other HSE awareness programs.
- Monitor and ensure employees' compliance with proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) usage.
- Monitor and report unsafe acts and unsafe conditions and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
- Assist in accident/incident investigations, including documentation and preparation of HSE reports.
- Conduct hazard identification and risk assessment (HIRA) and support the implementation of risk control measures.
- Follow up on HSE inspection findings and monitor the implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HSE documentation, records, inspection reports, and permits.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to implement HSE programs and ensure compliance with established safety requirements.
- Support other HSE/K3 activities, audits, training, and initiatives as required by the company.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Good understanding of HSE principles, occupational safety standards, hazard identification, risk assessment, and applicable Indonesian HSE regulations.
- Good knowledge of PPE, emergency response, workplace safety, and safe work practices.
- Able to conduct Safety Induction, Toolbox Meetings, and safety briefings and effectively communicate HSE requirements to employees.
- Good communication, interpersonal, reporting, and coordination skills.
- Able to work independently and coordinate effectively with Production, QC, Maintenance, HR/GA, and other departments.
