Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Implement and monitor HSE programs at the project site.
- Ensure compliance with project, client, and regulatory HSE standards.
- Conduct HSE inspections, audits, and safety briefings.
- Investigate incidents and follow up corrective actions.
- Coordinate with project management, contractors, and client representatives.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Must possess excellent interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication skills, and planning and organizational skills.
- Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, PTW system, and offshore safety standards
- Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment (HIRA/JSA), HSE inspection, audit, and compliance monitoring.
- Incident investigation and reporting.
- Safety induction, toolbox meeting, and HSE training.
