Kualifikasi:

If you possess a minimum of 2 years' experience as an HSE officer in Pharmaceutical manufacturing and reside nearby.
Possess relevant HSE certifications (e.g., General OHS Expert Certification) is an advantage.
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety (OHS), Environmental Science, Public Health, or a related field.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Ensure compliance with HSE policies, procedures, and legal requirements in all operational activities.
Conduct regular safety inspections and hazard identification in warehouses, distribution centers, and offices.
Develop and maintain HSE documentation in accordance with GMP, HACCP, and relevant regulations.
Organize and conduct safety briefings, toolbox talks, and HSE training sessions for employees.
Investigate workplace incidents and accidents, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Technical Skills: Knowledge of workplace safety procedures and hazard control. Familiarity with pharmaceutical and cosmetics industry regulations. Ability to conduct risk assessments, inspections, and incident investigations. Proficiency in HSE documentation and regulatory reporting. Knowledge of emergency response planning.
Soft Skills: Detail-oriented and highly organized. Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Effective interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
