Kualifikasi:
  • HSE Officer, PT Sillomaritime Perdana Tbk, (Marine / Shipping Industry), We are looking for a competent HSE Officer to support HSE compliance monitoring, document review, and coordination for vessel operations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Marine Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as HSE Officer in shipping, offshore, or oil & gas industry.
  • Possess relevant HSE certifications (AK3 Umum, NEBOSH, or equivalent preferred).

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
  • Monitor vessel HSE compliance in line with regulations and client requirements.
  • Review and verify vessel HSE documentation.
  • Follow up audit and inspection findings.
  • Maintain organized HSE documentation and reports.
  • Act as HSE focal point between company, vessel owner, crew, and client.
Harus punya keterampilan:
  • Strong understanding of CSMS Cycle & Contractor Safety Management Systems.
  • Able to review HSE documents (Risk Assessment, JSA, SMS, Permit to Work).
  • Strong analytical skills to identify HSE risks and trends.
  • Able to handle multiple vessels simultaneously.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
