Kualifikasi:
- Min D3 from engineering/technical background.
- Holding valid AK3 Umum certificate from the Kemnaker RI.
- Preferably having K3 Migas, Auditor, Nebosh/IOSH certificate.
- Having experience at the steel fabrication for oil & gas company and subsea equipment industry min 5 year at the similar role.
- Willing to stay in Bintan Island - Riau Island province.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Responsible for implementing occupational health and safety systems, conducting regular inspections, risk assessments, safety training, and ensuring compliance with applicable HSE regulations.
- Identifying and mapping potential hazards that may occur in the work environment.
- Creating and maintaining documents related to K3.
- Creating an idea related to the K3 program.
- Evaluating the possibility or opportunity for accident incidents that may occur.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Strong leadership experience with the ability to lead and motivate teams.
- Proficient in computer operation and English communication both spoken and written.
- Well versed for Indonesian regulation in terms of occupational health & safety practices.
