Kualifikasi:
  • Min. Diploma Degree.
  • Min. 5 years experience in Supervisor Level at the Construction and Fabrication Activities at Steel Fabrication for Oil & Gas / Subsea Projects, ship-repair/marine industry.
  • Have the valid AK3 Umum certificate from Indonesian MOM, Incident Investigation, preferably have Internal auditor certificate of SMK3, ISO 14001 and iso 45001, AGT & QC Scaffolding/Inspector certificate.
  • Have NEBOSH and IOSH certificate will be more advantage.
  • Willing to stay in Bintan - Kepulauan Riau.
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
  • Responsible for implementing occupational health and safety systems, conducting regular inspections, risk assessments, safety training, and ensuring compliance with applicable HSE regulations.
  • Identifying and mapping potential hazards that may occur in the work environment.
  • Creating and maintaining documents related to K3.
  • Creating an idea related to the K3 program.
  • Evaluating the possibility or opportunity for accident incidents that may occur.
Harus punya keterampilan:
  • Able to communicate in English both written and spoken.
  • Well knowledge on the Indonesian regulation related to OHS and environmental.
  • Having proven leadership qualification.
