Kualifikasi:

HSE Officer – Chemical Warehouse- PT. Tirta Surya Raya. Location : Tangerang. Employment Type : Full-Time. Industry : Chemical / Hazardous Materials Storage & Distribution. Position : HSE Officer.
Preferably male, with a maximum age of 27 years.
Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in HSE, preferably in a chemical warehouse, manufacturing, logistics, or hazardous materials environment.
AK3 Umum certification is preferred.
Willing to work in a warehouse environment and conduct regular field inspections.
Candidates with prior experience as an HSE Officer, particularly in chemical companies or chemical warehouse environments, will be highly preferred.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Preferably domiciled in Tangerang and surrounding areas.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Job Description: We are looking for a dedicated and responsible HSE Officer to ensure the implementation of Health, Safety & Environmental standards in our chemical warehouse operations.
Implement and monitor HSE programs in the chemical warehouse.
Ensure proper storage, handling, labeling, and segregation of chemicals and hazardous materials (B3).
Conduct regular HSE inspections, risk assessments, and safety observations.
Monitor compliance with SOP, JSA, HIRA, Work Permit, and safety procedures.
Ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Conduct safety induction and toolbox meetings for employees, drivers, visitors, and contractors.
Monitor emergency preparedness, including fire prevention, chemical spills, leakage, and evacuation procedures.
Inspect emergency equipment such as fire extinguishers, spill kits, emergency showers, eyewash stations, and first-aid equipment.
Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses and follow up on corrective actions.
Ensure proper management of chemical waste and hazardous waste (B3).
Maintain HSE documentation, inspection records, training records, and incident reports.
Support internal and external HSE audits and regulatory inspections.
Promote a strong safety culture and continuous improvement.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Good knowledge of chemical handling, chemical storage, B3 management, and workplace safety.
Familiar with HIRA, JSA, SOP, Work Permit, Emergency Response, and Incident Investigation.
Familiar with Indonesian HSE and environmental regulations.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail, discipline, and problem-solving skills.
