Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Ensure implementation of HSE programs in compliance with company standards and government regulations.
- Conduct safety inspections, toolbox meetings, and safety inductions.
- Monitor operational and project activities to ensure safe working practices.
- Investigate incidents and prepare corrective action reports.
- Ensure proper PPE usage and safety compliance across work areas.
- Support emergency response programs and continuous safety improvement initiatives.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Hard Skills: Understanding of Occupational Health & Safety (K3) implementation in the workplace. HSE Documentation & Reporting.
- Soft Skills: Good communication skills and able to work well in a team. Discipline and attention to detail. Teamwork and adaptability.
