Kualifikasi:

Minimum Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field.
Must hold a General Occupational Health & Safety (K3U) certification from the Ministry of Manpower (Kemenaker).
Must possess a TKBT 2 (Certified Occupational Health & Safety Technician Level 2) certification.
At least 3 years of experience in HSE, particularly in EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) projects.
Prior experience in implementing HSE standards on-site, especially in solar power plant (PLTS) projects or the renewable energy sector, is a plus.
Additional HSE certifications such as ISO 45001, SMK3, or other recognized international safety certifications.
Willing to be assigned to project sites, both on-site and at the head office.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Ensure all HSE policies and procedures are implemented in alignment with company standards and regulatory requirements.
Monitor and supervise field safety performance during PLTS construction and commissioning activities.
Conduct daily site inspections, hazard observation, and ensure compliance with safe work practices.
Verify proper safety controls including: Electrical isolation and LOTO, Scaffolding and ladder safety, Working at height and use of fall arrest systems, Heavy lifting and equipment operation.
Prepare and deliver HSE inductions, toolbox talks, and safety training sessions.
Maintain HSE documentation such as permits, inspection checklists, incident reports, and performance data.
Lead and support emergency response drills and readiness on project sites.
Ensure contractors comply with project HSE requirements and coordinate with Site Management.
Participate in incident investigation and enforce corrective/preventive actions.
Contribute to continuous improvement and drive a strong HSE culture in renewable energy operations.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Strong understanding of national and international HSE regulations relevant to the EPC industry.
Ability to develop and implement HSE programs, identify potential hazards, and conduct risk mitigation.
Capable of conducting HSE inspections, audits, and reporting.
Skilled in delivering HSE training and awareness programs for project teams and site workers.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
