Kualifikasi:
  • At least 5 years of experience as a safety manager in a petroleum or chemical project or more than 8 years of experience in safety management, preferably with experience in CAA projects, and K3 certificate.
  • Minimum education of S1 in K3 Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Environmental Engineering.
  • Have General K3 Expert Certification (Ministry of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia), ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 Internal Auditor.
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
  • HSE Strategy and Leadership: Develop short-long term HSE strategy for factory and supporting facilities. Lead “Zero Accident” program and safety awareness culture.
  • Risk Management and Compliance: Conduct occupational safety risk assessment and environmental risk. Ensure compliance with K3L regulation and ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 requirements.
  • Implementation of K3 and Environment Program: Ensure implementation of routine inspection, internal audit, and safety campaign. Lead incident reporting system, near miss, and root cause analysis.
  • Waste and Environment Management: Supervise B3 & non-B3 waste management, including storage and disposal logistics. Prepare environmental documents such as UKL-UPL, RKL-RPL, report to DLH.
  • Training and Coaching: Prepare and conduct K3 training, First Aid, Fire Drill, use of PPE, ESD awareness. Coach Safety Committee and First Responder Team.
  • Audit and Reporting: Prepare K3L reports for internal, regulators, and clients. Assist in external audit processes (ISO, PROPER, environmentally friendly product certification).
Harus punya keterampilan:
  • Technical Competencies: Prepare & implement SOPs for machine, electrical, and environmental safety. Understand chemical management, ESD control, ventilation, and work ergonomics. Familiar with digital K3L reporting and systems. Mastery of local regulations (Permenaker, KLHK) and integrated quality management systems (QHSE).
  • Non-Technical Competencies: Leadership, assertive, and able to set an example of safety discipline. Communicative with field workers and top management. Analytical, detailed, and able to prepare data-based management presentations.
