Kualifikasi:
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an HSE role, preferably in petrochemical industry or manufacturing.
- Must have: Certified General HSE Officer- Kemenaker RI, Certified Industrial Hygiene- BNSP.
- Placement in Cilegon.
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- To Conduct HSE Program: Fire Facility, Inspection, Safety Induction, HSE Training.
- Plan and implement OHS system in the factory.
- ERT Team in case of emergency.
- Responsible for worker safety.
- Responsible for the laws and regulations regarding OHS.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Technical Expertise: In-depth understanding of national and international HSE regulations; Ability to conduct risk analysis, HSE compliance supervision, and HSE report preparation; Experience in HSE audits, including ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 audits; Able to operate HSE-related software and data management; Strong knowledge of HSE laws and regulations.
- Skills: Leadership skills to lead junior teams in the implementation of HSE programs; Good communication and presentation skills to provide training or counseling; Problem solving and good decision-making related to safety and the environment; Fluent communication skllis in english.
