Kualifikasi:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mining Engineering, or other relevant disciplines.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Health, Safety, and Environment roles within petrochemical, oil and gas, coal processing, energy, EPC, heavy industry, or large-scale industrial projects.
- At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory or senior engineering position.
- Mandatory possession of a valid General Occupational Safety Expert Certificate (Ahli K3 Umum/AK3U).
- Possession of additional certifications related to process safety, hazardous chemicals, and industrial operations will be an advantage.
- Experience in implementing Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems (SMK3) and ISO 45001:2018.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve HSE programs, policies, and procedures across all operational areas.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian occupational health, safety, environmental, and labor regulations, as well as company and client requirements.
- Lead hazard identification, risk assessments, HAZID, HAZOP studies, and process safety initiatives.
- Monitor and evaluate the implementation of Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems (SMK3), ISO 45001:2018, and ISO 14001:2015.
- Conduct routine HSE inspections, audits, and site assessments to identify hazards and implement corrective actions.
- Manage incident investigations, identify root causes, and ensure effective preventive and corrective measures are implemented.
- Coordinate emergency preparedness activities, drills, and crisis response programs.
- Provide HSE training, coaching, and awareness programs to employees and contractors.
- Monitor HSE performance indicators and prepare periodic reports for management.
- Collaborate with operations, engineering, maintenance, and project teams to ensure HSE requirements are integrated into all activities.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Strong understanding of Indonesian HSE regulations and international HSE standards applicable to petrochemical and industrial operations.
- Strong knowledge of Process Safety Management (PSM), Risk Assessment, HAZID, HAZOP, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Permit to Work (PTW), and Incident Investigation.
- Knowledge of environmental management systems and ISO 14001:2015 requirements.
- Good understanding of emergency preparedness and response management.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HSE reporting systems.
