Kualifikasi:
- Bachelor's degree Occupational Health and Safety, public health, or environmental science.
- Must Certified General OSH Expert (AK3U).
- Having experience as HSE in the manufacturing industry min. 2 years.
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Safety Implementation and Monitoring: Ensure all safety programs, PPE policies, and safety instructions are followed in production, tool shop, and warehousing. Conduct regular inspections of molding machines, material handling areas, chemical storage, and ventilation systems.
- Risk Assessment and Hazard Control: Perform HIRAC on all plant processes and update risk registers regularly. Recommend and implement control measures to eliminate or reduce hazards.
- Training and Awareness: Deliver HSE induction for new employees and routine safety training for all departments. Organize fire drills, emergency simulations, and first aid training.
- Incident Management: Lead investigations for any incidents, accidents, or near misses. Document findings, determine root causes, and ensure corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) are completed.
- Regulatory Compliance and Documentation: Ensure compliance with all local and national HSE regulations. Maintain accurate records for inspections, permits, SDSs (Safety Data Sheets), waste disposal, and environmental monitoring. Assist in ISO 14001 or ISO 45001 audits if applicable.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Understanding of HIRAC (Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Control).
- Ability to conduct risk assessments and develop safety procedures.
- Proficiency in HSE reporting and documentation.
- Able to speak & writing in English well.
