Kualifikasi:
- Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Engineering, Public Health, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or other relevant disciplines.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience as an HSE Staff, Safety Officer, or in a similar role within the electronics manufacturing, industrial manufacturing, automotive, or related sectors.
- Possession of a valid AK3 Umum (General OHS Expert) certification or PLB3 (Hazardous Waste Management) certification is highly preferred. Additional certifications in ISO 45001, ISO 14001, First Aid, Fire Fighting, Emergency Response, Internal Auditor, or Risk Assessment will be considered an advantage.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and ensure compliance with Occupational Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations, company policies, and client requirements throughout manufacturing operations.
- Conduct routine workplace inspections, safety patrols, audits, behavioral safety observations, and risk assessments to identify and control workplace hazards.
- Develop, implement, review, and continuously improve HSE procedures, work instructions, risk assessments, emergency response plans, and related documentation.
- Lead investigations of workplace incidents, near misses, unsafe acts, unsafe conditions, and environmental incidents, including root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.
- Monitor hazardous waste (B3) management, chemical handling, machine safety, ergonomics, fire protection systems, and emergency preparedness in accordance with applicable regulations.
- Organize HSE induction programs, toolbox meetings, safety campaigns, emergency drills, and employee awareness programs to strengthen the company's safety culture.
- Maintain accurate HSE records, inspection reports, incident reports, training records, KPI reports, regulatory documentation, and audit findings.
- Support internal and external audits related to ISO 45001, ISO 14001, SMK3, environmental compliance, and customer requirements.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, maintenance, human resources, and management teams to achieve continuous improvement in HSE performance.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian Occupational Health and Safety regulations, including Law No. 1 of 1970 concerning Occupational Safety, Government Regulation No. 50 of 2012 regarding the Occupational Safety and Health Management System (SMK3), environmental regulations, and hazardous waste management requirements.
- Solid understanding of Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment and Determining Control (HIRADC), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO), emergency response, incident investigation, workplace inspection, hazardous waste management, and environmental compliance.
- Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Good communication, analytical thinking, problem-solving, organizational, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken. Mandarin proficiency will be considered an advantage.
