Kualifikasi:
  • Professional HSE qualification at Diploma / Degree level
  • A proven track record in similar roles with 10 years minimum experience, at least 5 years have been in the Mining Company
  • Fully experienced in working with safety management systems with an understanding of local safety management regulations
  • Experience working in remote multinational environments
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
  • Main responsibilities are to coach, mentor and support the site HSE team, provide advice on strategic and site health, safety and environmental planning and resourcing. Support the implementation of HSE initiatives on site. Actively participate and train others in emergency response duties within the operation. Liaise closely and support Production Operations and Maintenance teams.
  • Support the operation in the successful implementation and promotion of Company policies and procedures
  • Demonstrate HSE leadership through positive behavior and attitude towards HSE
  • Provide advice on HSE strategies, arrangements and issues relating to all aspects of operations as per recognized industry best practices
  • Develop and maintain HSE procedures and Risk Management Plans
  • Evaluate site and project Environmental Impact Assessments
  • Mentor and provide support to incident investigation teams
  • Support the enforcement of site rules and regulations
  • Participate in Company HSE Management System auditing and inspection processes
  • Support in development and review of all HSE policies and procedures
Harus punya keterampilan:
  • Computer literate with ability to use Microsoft: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
