Diploma's degree (D3) in Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety (K3), or other relevant Engineering disciplines.
Possess valid certifications, including General OHS Expert (Ahli K3 Umum), Junior Construction Safety Expert (Ahli Muda K3 Konstruksi), Scaffolding Inspector, and Gas Detector Assessor.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a Construction or EPC Contractor environment.
Willing to be assigned to Bulungan, North Kalimantan, under a roster-based work system.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
Conduct safety talks across all Kaltara projects.
Collect data related to areas and activities requiring stricter supervision, and provide recommendations to relevant departments regarding work procedures, detection equipment, and the use of PPE.
Carry out commissioning and re-commissioning activities for vehicles, equipment, and buildings (offices, workshops, etc.).
Gather and document data on accidents or hazardous incidents.
Conduct inspections and observations, and prepare reports containing findings of any non- conformities identified throughout the work area.
Collect records from technical assessments.
Perform investigations in the event of workplace accidents or non-compliance with the HSES Management System.
Prepare and update HSE documents (Procedures, Work Instructions, Standards, JSA, RA).
