Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree majored in Environmental/Public Health.
Open for Fresh Graduates (1-2 years of prior HSE work experience is a plus).
Willing to undergo a 2-year duration contract bonding.
Eagerness to learn & pursue career in a manufacturing environment.
Willing to work long shift.
Willing to be placed at Kendal Industrial Park.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Participate in structured HSE training programs, mentorship, and on-the-job learning.
Support HSE team members in implementing company safety policies and environmental standards.
Assist in conducting daily safety checks and reporting unsafe acts or conditions.
Help maintain and update HSE documentation, records, and data management systems.
Learn to monitor compliance with government regulations, ISO standards, and company requirements.
Support initiatives aimed at improving workplace safety culture and environmental performance.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Has a basic knowledge of first aid and a passion for the field of health and safety.
Has a strong personality and adapts quickly to new environment.
Good proficiency in English (Writing,Speaking, and Reading).
