Kualifikasi:
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS/K3), Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, Human Resources, Education, Public Health, or other related disciplines.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as an HSE Training Coordinator, HSE Trainer, Learning and Development Coordinator, HSE Officer with training responsibilities, or similar position within the Oil & Gas, EPC, EPCI, Offshore, LNG, Petrochemical, Refinery, or Heavy Construction industries.
- Possess a valid General Occupational Safety and Health Expert (AK3 Umum) certification. AK3 Migas certification will be highly preferred.
- Must possess an active Training of Trainer (ToT) certification.
- Additional certifications, such as NEBOSH International General Certificate, IOSH Managing Safely, ISO 45001:2018 Internal Auditor, ISO 14001:2015 Internal Auditor, First Aid (P3K), Fire Fighting, H2S Awareness, Incident Investigation, Emergency Response, OPITO-approved training, Working at Height, Confined Space Entry, or Permit to Work (PTW), will be considered a significant advantage.
- Experience in developing annual HSE training matrices, competency management systems, training needs analysis (TNA), learning management systems (LMS), competency assessments, and workforce certification programs.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, coordinate, and implement annual Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) training programs in accordance with company policies, client requirements, Indonesian regulations, and international industry standards.
- Prepare and maintain HSE training matrices, competency development plans, certification tracking systems, and workforce qualification records for employees, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Coordinate Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify competency gaps and develop appropriate learning programs that support operational excellence and regulatory compliance.
- Organize and coordinate HSE induction programs, Toolbox Talks, refresher courses, mandatory regulatory training, emergency response training, and specialized safety training for high-risk activities.
- Coordinate internal and external training providers, certification bodies, client representatives, and regulatory authorities to ensure timely completion of mandatory HSE training and certifications.
- Monitor training effectiveness through competency assessments, examinations, practical evaluations, participant feedback, and performance monitoring, recommending continuous improvements where necessary.
- Maintain accurate HSE training documentation, attendance records, competency databases, certification validity, learning management system records, and audit documentation.
- Support internal and external HSE audits by ensuring training documentation, competency evidence, and certification records comply with regulatory and client requirements.
- Provide regular reports on HSE training performance, competency status, certification compliance, training KPIs, and workforce development progress to project management and senior leadership.
- Promote a proactive safety culture by supporting continuous learning initiatives, HSE campaigns, leadership engagement programs, and employee competency development across all project and operational activities.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Strong understanding of Indonesian Occupational Health and Safety regulations, Oil & Gas HSE requirements, Ministry of Manpower regulations, SMK3, ISO 45001:2018, ISO 14001:2015, and client competency standards.
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, coaching, and public speaking skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, Learning Management Systems (LMS), database management, and HSE reporting software.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Strong planning, coordination, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
