Kualifikasi:
- Minimum Diploma Degree (D3) in Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety (K3), Environmental Science, or a related technical discipline from an accredited institution.
- Minimum 4 years of professional experience in oil and gas HSSE engineering, including at least 2 years of direct field experience as an HSE Officer, HSE Engineer, or HSSE Inspector.
- Demonstrated preference for candidates with direct project experience in brownfield modifications, LNG processing facilities, petrochemical plants, or high-risk industrial construction projects.
- Certifications: Must hold a valid Oil and Gas Occupational Safety Certification (Ahli K3 Migas) from BNSP/ESDM or a General Occupational Safety Certification (Ahli K3 Umum) issued by Kemnaker RI, along with relevant industry competency credentials. Certifications in Scaffolding Inspection, Confined Space Safety, Authorized Gas Tester (AGT), Rigging/Lifting Inspector, or ISO 45001 Internal Auditor are strongly preferred. Certified First Aid (P3K) or Fire Safety Specialist qualification is a beneficial advantage.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Execute daily site HSSE inspections, field walk-throughs, and safety surveillance across refinery units, brownfield modification zones, petrochemical plants, and offsite utility areas.
- Audit, verify, and enforce strict compliance with the Permit-to-Work (PTW) system, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and Hazard Identification Risk Assessment and Determining Control (HIRADC) for all high-risk activities.
- Inspect and monitor high-risk operations including critical lifting, working at height, scaffolding safety, confined space entry, hot work, electrical isolation (LOTO), and hazardous gas monitoring.
- Oversee environmental health, hazardous chemical storage, spill containment, hazardous waste (limbah B3) management, and industrial hygiene practices within oil and gas processing sites.
- Lead initial investigations of site incidents, property damage, near-misses, or environmental releases using Root Cause Analysis (RCA), overseeing the execution of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
- Conduct daily safety toolbox meetings, deliver HSSE orientations for incoming contractor crews, and participate in site emergency response drills.
- Enforce strict compliance with personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements, gas detector calibration, fire protection readiness, and emergency rescue equipment availability.
- Prepare, document, and submit comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly HSSE inspection reports and audit findings in both Bahasa Indonesia and English to HSSE Management and Facility Owners.

- Soft Skills: High field assertiveness, exceptional attention to detail, proactive risk identification, clear bilingual communication, objective decision-making under pressure, problem-solving, and seamless team collaboration.
- Hard Skills: Oil & gas HSSE field inspection, Permit-to-Work (PTW) auditing, HIRADC & JSA verification, confined space & high-altitude monitoring, heavy lifting supervision, incident investigation (RCA), environmental waste audit, and bilingual HSSE report writing (Bahasa Indonesia and English).
