Kualifikasi:
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Environmental Engineering, Safety Engineering, Public Health, Occupational Health and Safety (OHS/K3), Industrial Engineering, or other relevant disciplines.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as an HSSE Officer, HSE Officer, or Safety Officer in the Oil & Gas, Offshore, Marine, Construction, Mining, or other high-risk industries.
- Possess a valid General Occupational Safety Expert (AK3 Umum) certificate issued by the Indonesian Ministry of Manpower (Kemnaker). A valid AK3 Migas certification is mandatory.
- Experienced in conducting HSSE inspections, internal audits, safety observations, risk assessments, toolbox meetings, safety inductions, and contractor evaluations.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Implement and monitor HSSE policies, procedures, and management systems in accordance with company standards, Indonesian regulations, and client requirements.
- Conduct routine workplace inspections, offshore vessel inspections, safety patrols, behavioral safety observations, and environmental monitoring activities.
- Perform Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment (HIRA/HIRADC), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), HAZOP reviews, and ensure appropriate control measures are effectively implemented.
- Monitor compliance with Permit to Work (PTW) systems and supervise high-risk activities, including lifting operations, diving operations, hot work, confined space entry, working at height, and marine operations.
- Coordinate safety induction programs, toolbox meetings, emergency response drills, and HSSE awareness campaigns for employees and contractors.
- Investigate incidents, accidents, near misses, and environmental events, identify root causes, and ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented effectively.
- Support Contractor Safety Management System (CSMS) assessments, audits, and contractor performance evaluations.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HSSE reports, safety statistics, environmental reports, inspection findings, and regulatory documentation.
- Monitor compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and company Integrated Management System (IMS).
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, project teams, and government authorities regarding HSSE compliance and reporting requirements.
- Promote a proactive safety culture and continuous improvement across all offshore and marine operations.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Good understanding of offshore and marine operational safety, diving support activities, vessel safety, lifting operations, working at height, confined space entry, and environmental protection requirements.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and HSSE documentation and reporting systems.
- Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, problem-solving, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian Occupational Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations, Contractor Safety Management System (CSMS), Permit to Work (PTW), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (HIRA/HIRADC), HAZOP, emergency response, and incident investigation.
- Proficient in ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System, ISO 14001 Environmental Management System, and ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System.
