Kualifikasi:
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Nursing, Occupational Health, Emergency Medical Services, Public Health, or other relevant healthcare disciplines.
- Possess a valid Registered Nurse Certificate (STR) and active professional license, where applicable.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Medic, Paramedic, Clinic Nurse, Occupational Health Nurse, or Rig Medic in oil & gas, drilling, mining, construction, industrial, or remote-site operations.
- Proven experience in onshore drilling operations is highly preferred.
- Possess valid certifications relevant to the position applied for.
- Willing to work and be based at the project site in Tanjung Jabung Timur, Jambi.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Provide primary healthcare services and emergency medical treatment for project personnel.
- Respond to workplace injuries, illnesses, and medical emergencies in accordance with established emergency response procedures.
- Maintain medical facilities, equipment, medications, and emergency supplies in operational readiness.
- Conduct health monitoring, health assessments, and occupational health surveillance programs.
- Maintain accurate medical records and prepare health-related reports.
- Coordinate medical evacuation and referral processes when necessary.
- Support emergency drills and participate in project emergency response activities.
- Promote workplace health awareness, wellness programs, and disease prevention initiatives.
- Provide first aid training and health education to employees when required.
- Ensure compliance with occupational health regulations, company standards, client requirements, and industry best practices.
- Collaborate closely with HSE personnel to support overall project safety and health performance.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Strong knowledge of occupational health, emergency medical response, and workplace health programs.
- Familiar with medical emergency management in remote and high-risk operational environments.
- Good understanding of HSE requirements and safe working practices within the oil & gas industry.
- Able to maintain medical records, reports, and health surveillance programs.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to HSE standards and safe working practices.
- Possess good teamwork, discipline, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic operational environment.
