Kualifikasi:
- Bachelor's Degree (S.Kep.) with Professional Nurse (Ners) qualification or a minimum Diploma III (D3) in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as a Company Nurse, Occupational Health Nurse, Site Nurse, Clinic Nurse, Industrial Nurse, Offshore Medic, or Emergency Medical Personnel within the Oil & Gas, EPC, Offshore, LNG, Petrochemical, Mining, Power Plant, or Heavy Construction industries.
- Possess a valid STR (Surat Tanda Registrasi) issued by the Indonesian Nursing Council.
- Must possess a valid Hiperkes (Occupational Health and Industrial Hygiene) certification issued by the Ministry of Manpower or an equivalent Occupational Health certification.
- Must possess a valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Experienced in managing occupational health clinics, emergency medical equipment, first aid stations, medicine inventory, medical reporting, and health promotion programs.
- Willing to travel or be assigned to project sites, remote areas, or offshore locations across Indonesia.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Provide primary healthcare services, occupational medical treatment, emergency response, and first aid to employees, contractors, and visitors at project sites in accordance with company policies, client requirements, and applicable regulations.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies, workplace injuries, illnesses, and incidents by providing appropriate treatment, stabilization, and coordination of medical evacuation when required.
- Conduct health assessments, fitness-for-work evaluations, pre-employment medical support, periodic health monitoring, return-to-work assessments, and occupational health surveillance programs.
- Administer medications, wound care, injections, vaccinations, and other nursing procedures in accordance with professional nursing standards and applicable medical protocols.
- Maintain clinic facilities, emergency medical equipment, first aid kits, emergency medications, ambulance readiness, and medical supplies to ensure operational preparedness.
- Maintain accurate medical records, treatment documentation, confidential health information, health statistics, and regulatory reporting in compliance with company procedures and applicable legislation.
- Support occupational health promotion programs by conducting health education, wellness campaigns, infectious disease prevention initiatives, ergonomics awareness, fatigue management, and mental health awareness programs.
- Participate in emergency response teams, emergency drills, fire drills, rescue simulations, and crisis management activities to ensure medical preparedness during project operations.
- Coordinate with company doctors, HSE personnel, project management, external healthcare providers, hospitals, and regulatory authorities to ensure effective occupational health management.
- Promote a strong culture of health, safety, and employee well-being by supporting continuous improvement initiatives, regulatory compliance, and occupational health best practices throughout project operations.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and electronic medical record documentation.
- Good English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, teamwork, and emergency response skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of occupational health regulations, industrial hygiene, emergency response procedures, infectious disease prevention, medical evacuation (MEDEVAC), fitness-for-work assessments, health surveillance, and medical record management.
