Minimum Diploma III (D3) in Nursing or Bachelor of Nursing (S.Kep.) from an institution accredited.
Or at least D3/S1 Midwifery, Public Health (Kesmas), or Occupational Health (Hiperkes).
Minimum of 2-4 years of experience as a paramedic, company nurse, medical workers in industry, or K3 workers in companies.
Education in the field of Paramedic Science or Emergency Medical Services (EMS). STR (Registration Certificate) for medical personnel/paramedics that is still valid.
Hiperkes Certification (Corporate Hygiene, Occupational Health and Safety) from
Ministry of Manpower.
P3K (First Aid in Accidents) or BTCLS (Basic Cardiac Trauma) certification Life Support) that is still in effect.
General K3 Expert Certification (General AK3) will be a very prioritized added value.
Emergency Response Training.
Fire extinguisher (Light Fire Extinguisher) training and fire evacuation.
Oil and Gas K3 Certification.
Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) training.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
Responsible for ensuring a safe, healthy, and free office environment from potential hazards, as well as providing emergency medical services, accident first aid (P3K), and routine health checks for employees. This role is crucial in maintaining emergency preparedness and compliance with the applicable K3 regulations in Indonesia.
Emergency Medical Services & P3K:
Provide first aid, emergency medical treatment, and rapid response to employees who experience sudden injury or illness in the Work environment.
Handling cases of minor work accidents (e.g., falls, trips, sharp objects) and sudden illnesses according to applicable medical procedures.
Health Screening & Monitoring:
Conduct daily check-ups for employees, including blood pressure, body temperature, and other basic health screenings.
Supporting the implementation of periodic Medical Check-Ups (MCU) and health surveillance programs for all employees.
Medical Facilities & Logistics Management:
Ensure the availability, maintenance, and completeness of P3K boxes, medical equipment, and medicines in the office.
Managing drug stock administration, usage recording, and expiration of drugs and medical devices.
Medical Records & Reporting:
Create and maintain confidential and accurate employee medical records, including medical histories, examination results, and medical incident reports.
Compile regular employee health reports and medical incidents for HSE management and departments.
Harus punya keterampilan:
Good understanding Occupational Health Services, Industrial Nursing Practice, Emergency Medical Response.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and spoken.
