Kualifikasi:

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
Minimum 10 years’ experience in the Oil & Gas Industry in both onshore and/or offshore facilities.
Minimum 8 years’ experience and proven track record in project development / operations or HSEQ support for major activities (construction / commissioning / turn around).
Minimum 2 years’ experience in managing SIMOPS both onshore and offshore with knowledge of planning tools and SIMOPS Management.
Practical experience of project execution / field operations, preferably offshore.
Have a valid T-BOSIET certificate would be an advantage.
Effective relationship-builder at all levels, internally and externally.
Point Of Hire : Jakarta, Indonesia. Working Location : Offshore – East Kalimantan. Employment Term : Contract Basis.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Provide support to ensure the development, implementation, and monitoring of HSE Plan on site.
To ensure facilities decommissioning projects safety and regulatory compliance.
To prevent accidents, ensure environmental sustainability, and comply with safety regulations.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Fluent in English.
Broad knowledge of construction / operations / field HSEQ support in the upstream business.
Expert knowledge of HSEQ management systems and industrial HSEQ standards especially Safe System of Work.
Knowledge of associated technical/ engineering disciplines.
Familiar with local industry regulations relating to the oil and gas industry.
Demonstrated strong HSEQ competence m) Demonstrated ability to work within a diverse cultural environment.
Demonstrated interpersonal/teambuilding skills.
Effective written and oral communication skills.
Must have a strong working knowledge of the fundamentals of EPCI – HSEQ matter.
