Kualifikasi:

Minimum S1 from engineering or science.
Self & quick learner, independent minimum 5 years from various industries (Not Only 1 Company).
Preferably Management Representative, QA, Consultant.
Willing to be developed as a proficient Auditor in ISO series Certification.
Certified as a Lead Auditor in various internationally recognized management systems

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Design an annual audit program that covers all aspects of quality, health, safety, and the environment in accordance with standards.
Conduct an assessment of the management system in the field through observation, interviews, and document checks to identify non-conformities or violations of QHSE standards.
Prepare a complete and accurate audit report, including key findings, non-conformities found, root cause analysis, and recommendations for improvement.
Assess the effectiveness of an organization's QHSE management system as a whole, identifying the system's strengths and weaknesses.
Manage and maintain audit documents and records related to QHSE, including audit reports, non-conformance records, and corrective actions.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Familiar with, at least, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 implementation.
In-depth knowledge of ISO requirements.
Ability to conduct risk assessments, hazard identification, and management system conformity analysis across all aspects of QHSE.
Strong audit skills, including audit planning, field audit execution, interviews, document checks, and compliance assessments.
