Kualifikasi:
  • Minimum Diploma Degree of Nautical (held ANT III) or Marine Engineering (held ATT III).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in the same or related position in shipping industry or other similar industries.
  • Minimum 3 years of sea services.
  • Willing to be placed in South Kalimantan.
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
  • Fleet Health, Safety and Environment Processes/ Programs.
  • Execute and coordinate annual HSE plans/ programs and initiatives to meet regulatory requirements and the HSE needs of the stakeholders and continuously monitor each planned activity until its completion.
  • Promotes safety consciousness among employees by providing accurate and informative data, conducting safety meetings, giving timely feedback, on safety suggestions and supporting the safety program(s) within the Fleet team.
  • Lead initiatives to ensure workplace conditions that affect the health and safety of employees are corrected or mitigated with control procedures.
Harus punya keterampilan:
  • Familiar with ISM & ISPS code implementation and port operation.
  • Good command in English both oral and written.
