Kualifikasi:

Male/Female, maximum age 27 years.
Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science / Health and Safety / Chemistry / related field.
Preferred certifications from Indonesian institutions or organizations (e.g., AK3 Umum, ISO 45001, ISO 9001, ISO 17025).
Minimum of 1 years of experience in developing and implementing QHSE policies and procedures.
Domiciled in Gresik, East Java.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

This role is responsible for maintaining and improving Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) standards within the laboratory.
Implement and monitor QHSE policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with ISO standards and regulations.
Conduct internal audits and risk assessments.
Support continuous improvement initiatives.
Promote safety culture and environmental awareness.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Hard Skills: QHSE system implementation. ISO documentation & audit. Risk assessment & hazard identification. Laboratory compliance standards.
Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
