Must hold a valid AK3 Umum (Ahli Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja Umum) certification.
Willing to be placed at Sulawesi.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Coordinate the implementation of safety and environmental programs in accordance with company standards and government regulations.
Ensure compliance with mining safety, environmental, and occupational health requirements.
Conduct safety inspections, environmental monitoring, and risk assessments.
Lead incident investigations and ensure corrective actions are effectively implemented.
Support internal and external audits related to HSE and environmental management systems.
Prepare periodic safety and environmental performance reports.
Promote a proactive safety culture through training, awareness programs, and field engagement activities.

Hard Skills: Safety Management System Implementation. Environmental Compliance Monitoring. Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (HIRADC). Mining Safety Compliance. Incident Investigation and Root Cause Analysis. Safety and Environmental Reporting. Audit and Inspection Management.
