Kualifikasi:

Minimum High School/Vocational School (SMK) or equivalent.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a scaffolder.
Have an active certification as a Scaffolding Operator.
Domicile in Balikpapan.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Assemble and erect scaffolding structures to support solar panel installation and maintenance activities.
Inspect scaffolding before use to ensure stability, safety, and compliance with company and legal standards.
Dismantle scaffolding safely and efficiently after project completion or as required.
Ensure proper use of scaffolding equipment, tools, and materials in line with safety procedures.
Collaborate with project supervisors, engineers, and solar technicians to provide safe access to work areas.
Monitor working conditions and immediately report unsafe practices or hazards to supervisors.
