Kualifikasi:
- We are looking for candidates with solid experience in shipyard operations, strong knowledge in HSE practices, and the ability to work in a dynamic and professional marine environment.
- Certified AK3U Kemnaker (mandatory).
- Experience in shipyard/marine industry is highly preferred.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in scaffolding supervision or inspection in shipyard, offshore, or heavy industry

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Assess scaffolding installation and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Inspect scaffolding structures prior to use and issue approval tags.
- Identify unsafe scaffolding conditions and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure scaffolding teams follow proper erection and dismantling procedures.
- Conduct safety briefings related to scaffolding work.
- Maintain inspection records and compliance documentation.
- Coordinate with HSE and project teams to ensure safe operations.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- English proficiency (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of scaffolding standards and safety regulations.
- Scaffolding inspection and assessment.
- Knowledge of international scaffolding standards.
- Ability to verify scaffolding design and load capacity.
- Strong reporting and documentation skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Risk assessment and hazard identification.
