Kualifikasi:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an SHE Engineer.
- Experience in Heavy Lifting operations is highly preferred.
- Possess a valid General Occupational Health and Safety (K3 Umum) Certificate.
- Willing to be assigned to Makassar, South Sulawesi.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and report SHE Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct inspections of equipment, tools, and work areas to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Facilitate Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Risk Control (HIRARC/JSA).
- Ensure effective implementation of the Permit to Work (PTW) system across all work areas.
- Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and site monitoring activities.
- Support incident investigation and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
- Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with company and client HSE requirements.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Strong knowledge of HSE/SHE Management Systems.
- Capable of conducting risk assessments, toolbox talks, and safety monitoring.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
